Tickets & Theatre Attendance

Find answers to common ticketing and theatre-related questions, including exchanges, refunds, seating, age recommendations, and show updates.

Who do I contact for ticket issues or questions?

If you have a question or issue related to your tickets, please contact the relevant ticketing provider listed on your booking confirmation — typically Ticketmaster or Ticketek, depending on the show.

If your enquiry relates to a specific production, you can also email info@michaelcassel.com and it will be directed to the appropriate ticketing manager.

Can I refund or exchange my tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
Before finalising your booking, we recommend checking all dates and times carefully, as refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind or personal reasons.

What happens if a show is stopped or there’s a technical issue?

Occasionally, technical issues may occur during performances. In such cases, the safety of performers and audience members is our top priority.

If a performance is affected — for example, a key scene or moment cannot proceed — replacement tickets may be offered for another performance. If this happens, our team will coordinate directly with affected ticketholders to reschedule.

How does non-reserved seating work for TITANIQUE?

TITANIQUE offers section-based seating rather than individually reserved seats.
When purchasing, you select a section (e.g. Captain’s Tables, The Splash Zone, The Bow, etc.), and seating within that section is allocated on arrival.
Guests are seated in order of arrival, so we recommend arriving early for the best available spots in your chosen section.

How can I exchange my HAMILTON Sydney tickets?

For ticket exchange or upgrade requests for HAMILTON Sydney, please visit Ticketmaster’s Fan Support page:
👉 Can I exchange or upgrade my tickets?
All official exchanges must be processed through Ticketmaster.

How can I make a group booking for a show?

Groups of 10 or more can often access discounted tickets or dedicated booking support, depending on the production.

  • Groups of 10–19 people can usually book directly online through the official ticketing provider.

  • Groups of 20 or more should contact the provider’s Group Bookings Department (for Ticketmaster shows, email groups@ticketmaster.com.au).
Group rates typically apply to selected off-peak performances such as mid-week or Sunday evening shows, subject to availability.

What should I do if I haven’t received my MJ tickets?

If your MJ The Musical tickets haven’t arrived, please check your junk/spam folder or log in to your Ticketmaster account. Tickets are typically available 72 hours before your booked performance. If you still don’t see them, contact the box office or Ticketmaster directly for assistance.

What happens if a show season is cancelled?

In the rare case that a season is cancelled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund through the official ticketing provider. While such decisions are made only as a last resort, we ensure all affected customers are contacted promptly.

What is the age recommendation for Beetlejuice?

Beetlejuice the Musical is recommended for audiences aged 13 and above.
The show contains mature themes, theatrical effects, and some language that may not be suitable for younger viewers.

Why did ticket prices change after I purchased?

Ticket prices may fluctuate over time due to demand, seat availability, or special promotions.
Discounted offers apply only from the start of the offer period and do not entitle previous purchasers to a refund or price adjustment. Guests who buy early typically receive first access to the best seats in the venue.
