How do I contact the MCG publicity team?
For all publicity, press, or media-related enquiries, please email our Publicity Department at publicity@michaelcassel.com.
If you’ve already contacted info@michaelcassel.com, your message will be forwarded to the appropriate team member.
How do I RSVP to an invitation from MCG?
Invitations from Michael Cassel Group will include RSVP instructions either via an online link or by replying directly to the invitation email.
Please ensure your RSVP is submitted by the date noted on your invitation. If you have questions about your RSVP or attendance, reply to the original email and our team will assist you.
How can I decline an invitation?
If you’re unable to attend an event, simply reply to the invitation email with a polite note such as:
“Thank you for the invitation. Unfortunately, I’m unable to attend on this occasion but hope to join you next time.”
Our team appreciates your response and will update the guest list accordingly.
I accidentally emailed MCG — what should I do?
If you’ve accidentally replied or sent an email to the info@michaelcassel.com address in error, don’t worry.
Our team will recognise it was sent by mistake and delete it from the inbox.
No further action is required.
